Following the establishment of our UK Group structure, evolving our international footprint, we have the pleasure of announcing our new Board of Directors of Alaris The RF Technology Group Ltd, marking a significant milestone and the beginning of a new era for Alaris.
We are delighted to confirm Vice Admiral Bob Cooling as Independent Chair of the board, with Richard Gibbs who has been appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director. As Group CEO, Juergen Dresel will serve as Executive Director together with Chris Buckenham, Group CFO. To complete the board, Chris Neser representing Tadvest Ltd, our anchor investor, and Ross Logan, representing our incoming investor, CANL, are appointed as Non-Executive Directors.
These individuals bring diverse experience, wealth of knowledge and international positions and will support our continued expansion and will help us steer confidently into this next phase. Their appointments reflect our commitment to strong, globally aligned governance as we expand our footprint and pursue new opportunities, and we are confident that their leadership will serve our Group well as we move forward.
